Terms & Conditions

This Application, if fully completed, submitted by the applicant and accepted by Sreyas Tours and Travels (International Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as Sreyas or the Company), constitutes the Card Distributor Agreement between the Company and the applicant whose personal information and other particulars appear on this application form.

  1. From the Sponsor, The applicant should obtain, read thoroughly and understand the Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics and Card Business Plan contained in the website of the Company This application or agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding document and together with the above, forms the entire contract between the applicant and the Company.
  2. The Company appoints the applicant, who submit this application/agreement along with the requisite payment for purchasing a Holiday Card Business Package from, a Card Distributor and the applicant (hereinafter referred to as Card Distributor or Distributor) accept such appointment.
  3. The Distributor is an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall establish an employment relationship, or other labour relationship between the Distributor and the Company, and nothing shall establish the Distributor’s position as procurer, broker, commercial agent, contracting representative or other representative of the Company. The Distributor cannot bind the Company in any way nor imply that he has an authority to bind the Company or to speak on its behalf.
  4. The Company’s acceptance of the applicant’s contractual offer in the form of this Distributor Application/Agreement shall be in the form of issuing a Distributor ID to the applicant after submitting the online application form in The Distributor, for all transactions with the Company will use this ID. This ID will also known as Distributor ID or Purchase Card ID or Business ID.
  5. This agreement is entered into on a personal basis and may not be assigned or transferred by the Distributor to a third party without the Company’s prior written consent.
  6. This Agreement is valid for 365 days from the date of acceptance by the Company and is renewable with or without modification.
  7. Through this Agreement, the Distributor authorizes the Company to make available, release and disseminate all or part of the information set forth herein to other Distributors of the Company.
  8. Relations between the Company and the Distributor and all the Distributor activities hereunder shall be governed, in addition to this Agreement, by the Company’s Policies & Procedures contained in, which the Distributor hereby confirms he has read and accepted. The Company may amend the mentioned rules from time to time, through notice in and with immediate effect such rules, as amended, shall be enforceable and applicable to the relationship between the Company and the Distributor as if fully contained herein.
  9. The Distributor may terminate this Agreement by a notice in writing at any time. The Company may terminate this Agreement by a notice in writing pursuant to the provisions of the Policies & Procedures for reasons of non-performance or breach of this Agreement.
  10. The applicant must be 18 years of age or above and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in the 'Indian Contract Act'.
  11. The Company may reject this application for any reason, at its discretion, including if the application contains incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information. The Company may also, at its complete discretion, reject any application for renewal.
  12. If the applicant is a Partnership firm/Private limited company, then the applicant has to provide to the Company all necessary documents pertaining to the partnership/entity at the time of distributor application.
  13. The company under no circumstances will accept any payment in cash. The company has not authorized any official, person/entity or distributor to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the company towards the purchase of Business Package. If any distributor makes any payment in cash, it will be at his own risk and under no circumstances, will the company be answerable to such unauthorized cash payments.
  14. The payment made by the applicant/distributor at the time of application is for purchasing Card Business Package and the same is not refundable under any circumstances. The payment should be reached to the company head office within fifteen days of registration as Distributor, failing which such sign up will be treated as void and the same will not be activated.
  15. The respective manufactures or their authorized dealers supply the products/services that are available in the business packages/product categories of the company. The terms and conditions about the guarantee and service terms of respective companies are applicable to all Card Distributors. Sreyas has no responsibility about the above said matters. It is under the full discrimination of manufactures or dealers of the products/services. The company will not entertain any dispute about the quality and service between Card Distributors and manufactures of the products/services.
  16. Trimming and Service Charges will be deducted as per Company norms. TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Government.
  17. The applicant/distributor shall ensure that all the information/furnished in this application/agreement to the company is correct and properly entered. Any request for correction furnished by the distributor as to his sponsor or placement details will not be entertained, once payment statements are processed.
  18. All disputes, liabilities and claims are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.



A deposit of 100% of the total price is due with your reservation. Additional payments, if any, are due before the departure and for a few special trips, 30 days before your trip starts. We also accept bookings from minors; however we do require the signature of either both the parents or the legal guardian on both, reservation form and liability waiver.

CONFIRMATION LETTER: Upon receipt of the reservation form, release of liability form and deposit, you will receive a confirmation by email followed by an Information Letter with detailed information regarding our contact information, meeting time, departure time.

PAYMENTS: The prices quoted are for payment by cash, draft, wire transfer, cheque or money order. The tour price is payable to Sreyas Tours and Travels (International) Private Limited, 15 to 30 days prior to departure, depends on the seson. Failure to pay by that date entitles Sreyas Tours and Travels (International) Private Limted to cancel your booking without notice and without refund of the deposit. Prices are quoted in Rupees / US dollars / Euros. For some special trips, the booking date may be up to 2 months before departure.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in writing (best by e-mail). If we receive your cancellation more than 90 days before the starting date of the trip, we refund 100% of your deposit. Between 90 and 30 days your deposit becomes non-refundable. At less than 30 days notice (after payment is received in full), no refunds can be given. Some trips attract a minimum processing charge. Please check. The tour price is quoted as a package. No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking.

HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS: Participants must be in good health and in a good physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. If you suffer from severe muscular, chest, heart or bronchial disorders, or if you are a severe asthmatic, or have high blood pressure, you are strongly advised against participating. Our trips generally take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Where necessary, evacuation can be prolonged but it is difficult and expensive. Medical and evacuation expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.

TOUR LEADERS: Our Tour Leaders take their responsibilities seriously and if a Tour Leader believes in his/her judgment that you should not participate in the trip, before your departure, even if you pass your medical, he/she may exclude you from the trip. In this circumstance you will be offered the option of taking another trip considered suitable for you or a full refund. If during a trip the Tour Leader considers you should not participate further he/she may direct you not to continue and you must follow the Tour Leader's instructions. In this case you will not be entitled to any refund. Travel insurance may compensate you depending on the circumstances.

CANCELED PROGRAMS: If Sreyas Tours and Travels (International) Private Limited has to cancel a trip due to insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund. Tours and Travels (International) Private Limited is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participants in preparation for the trip. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).

TRIP/CANCELLATION/MEDICAL/EVACUATION INSURANCE: This is highly recommended for purposes of covering cancellations and last minute travel changes. Also, all participants should have internationally accepted health insurance for all activities pertaining to the trip, which should include coverage for emergency rescue and evacuation.

ROUTE CHANGES/POSTONEMENT OR DELAY: Sreyas Tours and Travels (International) Private Limted may for any reason change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour, or it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay (either in relation to departure or to the duration of the expedition) may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage. PACKAGE PRICES: Package prices are based on ground costs, airfares and exchange rates. Tours and Travels (International) Private Limited tries its utmost not to increase tour prices (in full or part), however sometimes increases are outside its control. We reserve the right to amend tour prices (or any part) without notice at any time before and including the departure date. Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons including, but not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges etc. Any increase in tour prices must be paid prior to the departure date.

EXCLUSION FROM TOUR PRICE: The following items are excluded from the tour price: *visa, passport and vaccination charges; *departure, airport and airline taxes; *extra meals not included in the itinerary; *laundry, postage, personal clothing, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature; *emergency evacuation charges; and *tips and excess baggage charges.
